### On seconds thoughts I agree - the court should have no right to issue a
subpoena. On the other hand, the "presumption of innocence" might need to be
reinterpreted. If somebody accuses you of something, provides even as little
as a grainy video showing possibly you at the right time and place, but you
refuse to provide your recording, we (the jury) will naturally think you
have something to hide.
