Lord, I can't really believe this -- there is no peer reviewed
evaluations of whether sleeping at this time contributes to
the overall death or survival totals. Certainly every health
care professional should be educated with respect to whether or
not their sleep increases or decreases (YoPLL) { Years of
Productive Life Lived }.
