commercial sector, at least (e.g., the Bank of America). It does
continually keep trying to get the political power again, with
intermittent successes. But governments have a short half-life compared
to it's other positions.
I don't know whether I'm serious or not. Perhaps it depends on what you
consider to be the "self" of an organization.
