Since I just made a post in response to the report that
Anders pointed out I have to respond to this.
Classical "Suit-case" nukes are ~0.1 kt devices and would
not do enough damage to bring down the economy.

Can we have some evidence here? What is this "red mercury"
stuff? (I know I've heard the phrase before but I'm
unfamiliar with any physics that makes it reasonable
that you can get a 2 MT bomb the size of a baseball.)
