For those following the 15kg or 100g or no uranium
seized, I offer the following scenario:
A top crime boss suspects a mole in the organization;
calls in, one at a time, the top three most trusted
henchhumans. She tells Alice the uranium is to be
delivered by airplane. She tells Bob the uranium
is to be delivered by bus. She tells Charlie the
uranium is to be delivered by cab. She makes up
three leaden decoys, sends each.
The decoy in the cab is intercepted after the
authorities are tipped off. the other two are
delivered. She calls in a hithuman, Charlie
disappears, the next day the real uranium is
delivered by air or by bus.
I would say the capture of the decoy is newsworthy.
