Yeah! Someone else here is aware of Clare Graves, levels or
stages of values/consciousness and Spiral Dynamics. I find
these ideas of tremendous help in gaining a deeper understanding
  of people individually and in various groups.

I don't know about just the even ones being used. Level 3, the
Power God level, is alive and well. Level 5, rationalized
religion, also has its adherents. Leve 7 is certainly present
especially among the many efforts to integrate spirituality,
science and everything else (e.g. Ken Wilber's work). But maybe
"group religion" above contains more intent than is immediately
clear. Spirituality certainly exists on the odd number levels
also.
