The difficulty with claiming that this site is racist is that, even
with the article you cite as 'proof' that the site is racist, it is
entirely based on factual data produced by unbiased sources. In which
case, is the writer so wrong to draw the conclusions he/she does, or
are US government statisticians subconciously racist? Depends on the
conclusions. While it is true to say that the majority of crime
committed by blacks is on other blacks, which even black liberals will
admit (then claiming that they need more government handouts to 'fix'
this problem), the cited website is even more correct to say, based on
the data, that black criminals seem to go out of their way to target
whites if given the opportunity, based on the factual phenomena of
white flight and ghettoization.
Crime is very much a creature of race and ethnicity in the US, as I've
noted here before. If you adjusted the size of the minority populations
of the US to reflect those of european nations, the US violent crime
rates would be no different or a bit lower than those of european
nations, while US property crime rates would be even lower than they
currently are against european property crimes.
It can also be demonstrated that the big cities with the largest black
populations are disproportionately responsible for most of the violent
crime in the US. These are factual conclusions to draw, which no amount
of wishing can make go away. They are unfortunate, at least where one
is interested in promoting multi-ethnic society as a public good.
Similarly, the Austrialian crime problem has been demonstrated, by
Australia's own statistics bureau, to be heavily affected by the
Aboriginal population. A disproportionate number of Aboriginals commit
crime and are incarcerated.
This behavior of blacks in the US and aboriginals in Australia cannot
be solely or even mainly attributed to white racism, since other
minority groups that suffer from racist attitudes among white
supremacists, particulary jews and asians, do not engage in such crime
and make up a disproportionately SMALLER share of prison populations
than they represent in civil society in both the US and Australia,
which is contrary to what one would expect if crime and punishment were
solely caused by white racist attitudes.
To conclude, I'd have to say to Emlyn that the cited article is no
proof at all of the website's racist credentials.
