I'm fairly sure that the term was used by one of the more literary
philosophers, perhaps Daniel Dennett, quite a few years ago. However, my
poor human brain cannot recall where I first heard it. I do think it was
something like 10 or 12 years ago. In fact, I remember using it that way
myself years ago, but I don't think I came up with it.
