PCP and herbicide in Tea

Since I drink green tea primarily for its cancer preventative properties
this
has me worried. Should I be?

PCP (which causes cancer) and herbicide (above what is considered safe
levels)
has apparently been discovered in various teas according to a German test.

PCP was discovered in Twinings Gunpowder Green, Celestial Seasonings type
and
Lebensbaum. All sold in health shops (in Norway at least).

The test was done by the German consumers' magazine "Test".

PCP, pentachlorphenol (pentachlorophenol for English speakers) has been
forbidden in Germany since 1989 as it was shown to cause cancer.

– 50% of the green tea types were over toxic safety levels
– 75% of jasmin teas
– PCP was discovered in 40% of fruit teas

Any of the Germans (or those living in Germany these days) who know anything
about this? How credible is this magazine (and the test)?

I read the story (in Norwegian) here:

Might organic green tea be a safe(r) alternative? I usually buy non-organic
because it's cheaper, lasts longer and I wish to support what I believe
should
be the future of food production. Now I might have to rethink that strategy.

Insights and opinions appreciated.

Claus

PS! Seems I forgot to add a subject in my previous post...
