       Good presentation. However I believe you are delivering a defense
against the Indians aborigine rights. The Indians are asserting their rights
under U. S. sovereignty as to time, place and the specifics of American law.
Therefore an argument against recognising aborigine rights is misplaced as no
one is asserting that in court.
       Still it is the argument that I have always heard whites assert in
public.
