Guys,
       That one has been gone over pretty good in Heinlein fan circles. The
guys had the privelege of asking Mr. Heinlein about Starship Troopers while
he was still alive. Apparently he intended for non-military service to be as
frequent or more so than military service but that in the midst of writing he
didn't maintain his intention.
