Turns out it is the methamphetamine users doing it. The
only way they get caught is trying to cash phony checks.
The bank people know how to spot em too. They wear
the uniform: the sloppy skateboard clothes. Real skateboard
bums dont normally go to the bank for cash, they just open an
account and use the ATM.

A couple times a month the cops go in and bust a big
meth-house somewhere in town here. Seems it is our
only excitement. And nearly all our property crime
can be directly traced to these yahoos.

Of course, your thread is about catching terrorists,
and I don't thing my notion would be much help there.
