I keep wondering how long it will be before the smart boys realise
that as they export jobs they export the market with it. In Illinois I am
hearing grumbling from the pols in Chicago and our capital Springfield that
it is getting harder and harder to collect the taxes to fill their budget. I
haven't heard that out of Washington yet but then I haven't heard an analysis
of why we have such a deficit this year -- maybe it is a decline in
collectable taxes, maybe it isn't.
