There is more to it than their speech. They actually paid a couple to
go into a church and expose themselves (and maybe even try to have
public sex). This is illegal behavior causing a public disturbance.
They were guilty for instigating this crime. I don't think their
expressed opinions during this event had anything to do with the case.
