I use a rule based on the presence of "extropians" in the recipient's
address. Works like a charm.

Subject: META: Adding a list indicator for mailing list msgs

I would like to know if we can add a header to distinctively identify mail
from the Extropian list, like what Yahoogroups does. For
instance, we can put [Extropy] in front of all messages sent through the
list.

I use a rule based sorting system to sort my mail (M$ Outlook 2000). The
header Yahoogroup provides makes it very easy for the mail
to go to the right place, but even with two rules targeting Extropian mail,
some messages still 'leak' and I have to move them
manually to the correct mailbox. This has happened for many months and since
no one seems to have mentioned it.

I wonder what the rest think about this.
