Not on this list. If you wanted to raise the issue of what to do if
Manhattan got nuked, asking the question is quite enough. Posting
an extreme, unnacceptable response has had the opposite effect -
nobody has actually discussed what to do if the US were faced with
a genuine, verifiable threat to its citizens further existence.
