Well as I understand it Pol Pot used the technique of threatening to
kill Bob unless Bob killed Alice with a pitchfork. Somewhat low-tech.
Zyklon-B it ain't.

Perhaps we should blame those venerable but misguided Asian
philosophers, you know, like Marx, Engels, Lenin, etc.

Stalin's a more difficult choice, who wants him? East or West? Maybe we
could have a lottery.
