I'm not sure that the CFR is necessarily evil, but if both candidates for the
major governmental office are predictably members of that group, and it's a
rather small group (say, less than 1/10th of the population), then one may
reasonably have doubts as to the fairness of the choices.
The choices do not seem to represent the populace.
