I didn't say that it was a particularly good judgement. But spilling
your coffee shouldn't send you to the hospital. If it does, the matter
needs to be addressed.
### OK, I agree here - as I said before, McDonald's should provide adequate
warnings on their cups - but this should have been the only outcome of the
trial.
