Prof John Cramer of U of W has written about a
relativistic loophole in Mach's Principle, in that the
mass of objects change with velocity, so any device
that properly uses any size mass and changes it's
velocity into and out of the 0.9C+ range will exhibit
a measurable thrust. Sasha Chislenko agreed that this
was theoretically solid.
