I am a firm supporter of the death penalty for murder, but am
currently unconvinced that the electric chair would have any
deterrent effect. I think this tends to cross the line between
revenge and punishment.

In the case of the death penalty, I support "Final Death" (no
suspension). Since their victim has no hope of recovery, neither
should they.
