I'd have to qualify the post Natasha was responding to
by saying that humans are generally very peaceful with
those they consider part of their own 'tribe'. Those
they consider an outsider or a threat have until
relatively recently been given little quarter outside
of surrender and assimilation. Those who refuse this
tend to be annihilated.
