Set up a march on Washington demanding that spiriting away
citizens without due process stop immediately. OK, start by
doing mass signature campaigns to the Congress. But calling for
what? It is already in the Constitution that such behavior is
illegal and incompatible with the principles that are supposed
to govern the government's interaction with the citizenry.
Perhaps have a Congressional order that all such detainees and
other people disappeared be accounted for in a fixed period of
time or the relevant agency heads will be found in contempt and
thrown into prison? Maybe doable.
