In the meantime Scott Ritter, the Repulican Marine who was on the UN
inspection team in Iraq, says they got almost all of Iraq's weapons and it's
been watched too closely to build new ones, even after inspections stopped.
And, of course, once more we'll ignore the bit in the Constitution about
Congress declaring war...
