In addition to Joao Pedro de Magalhaes' question about books or websites
that measure the scientific output of the world. I have a question, as well,
since my ambition is to contribute somehow to scientific growth. Are there
any books or websites with printed matter that will help me study
micro-processor architecture? As an additional note: How well suited to
robotics are modern micro-computers? My ambition to contribute must be
understood as; I have had a poor start in a competitive field, and at 42 I
could never be viable to the leading-edge. However, I'd like to help link
all the devices I have had experience with, and I may be able to help those
on the leading-edge see a new development more clearly, or sooner.
