I can see advantages to being able to control not only one's sexual feelings
but other feelings like anger and fear. For the latter two, meditation,
yoga, tai-chi, martial arts emphasis on relaxation, behavioral psychology,
cognitive-behavioral psychology, but also studying science and quantitative
and logic fields are very helpful in my opinion. For the former, grower
older helps (at least for men unless they develop habits of womanizing). I
don't know whether hypnosis helps. Some of it people have to discover for
themselves, I guess.
