Eldred v. Ashcroft has been filed in the U.S. Supreme court, and many
think it has a good chance of success. It is a constitutional
challenge to the Sonny Bono Disney Corporate Welfare Act (also known
as the Copyright Term Extension Act) that gave Mickey his extra time.
