Do you think that this is likely to happen? (I didn't hear anything
about it, was something announced?)

Disney protects their copyrights to-the-extreme. For example:
Consultants are not permitted to write in their resume that they
performed work for Disney, because it 'uses' (I don't remember the
legal term) the Disney name.
