I happended to be reading this report, before I found your email here. At the bottom of the article, it had this paragraph

For me having Amnesty International stating that Goldstein is the real deal, is not viable. And the Euro's have their own axes to grind. If the report is correct, W will come under intense scrutiny, and will likely undermine his support from many conservatives. I would need corroboration, before I judge this to be accurate. How about you?
