Scary thought. The only information I could find other than the article Olga
posted was at http://www.citizencorps.gov/tips.html. (It is made to sound
like such an innocent program at the citizencorps website.) Not even a year
ago, this would have gotten heavy criticism, but I'm not so sure about now.
Post Sept. 11, people just don't seem to be so concerned about their rights
and privacy. Like Olga's article noted, this is more like something East
Germany would do than America (hopefully).
