In the later case I decided to cc: Caplan and Kass to see
what kind of pot could be stirred.
Yea, I know, bubble bubble toil and trouble may not be the
best approach, but the weakness of the Karlsson & Moreno arguments
requires a response to make them think twice before they step up to the
plate again. We are dealing with "little leaguers" here. They need to
think twice before they step into the ring unless they have better
material than they have presented to date.
I'll keep the group informed with respect to whether
the present any arguments of merit.
