Fish is a wonderful, healthy food. I do not eat fish on my vegetarian
diet. I stick to this only out of stubborn habit after 17 years. Of
all the foods I avoid, fish is the only food that I think arguably
should be put back into my diet. With the abundance of sushi eaters
among my friends and family, this is also the only food that I sometimes
miss when I skip it.
