Just saw an article in the Manchester Union Leader about a study done
comparing two tanzanian tribes, one of which lives off a heavily
fish-laden diet, the other being vegetarian. Seems that the fish eaters
have far lower levels of the chemical that tells the body that it is
full, thus resulting in a much lower level of obesity among the fish
eaters than among the vegans, as well as lower levels of heart troubles
for those fish eaters who are obese.
