I doubt whether the Supreme Court will uphold the California 9th Circuit
Court, which to my recollection has been overruled so many times that it may
have to return to school itself.
I don't do religious ritual myself, but I think that the Spirit of the Law
and the Spirit of Ethics, and yes, the Spirit of Religion is more important
than the letter, and we need all of them in our schools and in our
workplaces and in our relaxation places. If the U.S. Supreme Court should
by some error agree with the 9th Circuit Court, then they'll have a
difficult time throwing out the Spirit, and there are a few hundred million
places at least where the Spirit can be put in.
