Not quite Frontier house

Just to briefly revisit the Frontier house discussion.

I just returned from central Wisconsin, where for the last 10 days
or so we were working 12-14 hour days rebuilding/re-shingling the
roof on my friends family cabin, and building the roof/framework
and shingling the same roof/framework for a new addition.

We ate normally for breakfast and lunch and with me manning the
grill ate large for dinner. Considerably larger than normal.

Despite this I dropped 13 pounds in 10 days.

The energy expended doing this kind of work is huge.

My buddies are accusing me of "hogging" the mosquitos...
