I am primarily a lurker on this list, mostly scanning to glean the various and
numerous nuggets of gold out of the vast quantity of information that you gize
post. This list provides a unique perspective on cutting edge and future trends
and technologies, information and ideas unavailable any place else and I wouldn't
normally ask something like this. But, I have a friend that was recently
diagnosed with MS and I'm wondering if anyone knows of any recent research or
theories - genetic engineering, biotech, therapeutic cloning, stem cell (embryonic
or otherwise), etc, that might have application for treating or curing MS. I've
searched all the standard MS sites and they give all the standard info and
answers. I'm trying to come up with some encouraging information for her, stuff
on the cutting edge, not readily available to the mainstream public. Any info
appreciated.
