I agree here. I was just noting libertarians for three reasons. One,
I'm more familiar with their deep thought on this issue -- not that
others don't have deep thoughts here too. Two, I respect libertarian
views in the are of property -- being a libertarian.:) Three, there are
quite a few libertarians on this list.

I tend to agree. We might approach it from a different angle: Which
approach is compatible with the views? I think both are -- until some
better arguments or evidence come along.
