When the Extropians list talks about "Friendly AI" or "Friendliness",
capitalized in that particular way, it usually refers to the kind of
Friendliness theory described in "Creating Friendly AI", which you can find
online at:

I strongly suggest that you read up on this specific kind of Friendliness
before you leap to any conclusions about what is being proposed or how it is
being defined. In particular, don't learn about Friendly AI from Eugene
Leitl.
