Since no one has posted it yet, I will make some speculations
about the next record odd near perfect number, which
will be found as soon as someone finds the nearest prime
to 1493986278130039. There is about a 63% chance
that that prime will be within 30 of 1493986278130039, so
the sum of the factors will likely be within about 6E5,
making the goodness ratio of about 1E-26.

So whoever first gets on this will snag the new record
by 10 orders of magnitude, so that we will nearly run
out of prefixes, lofting cleanly over the petas, the exas,
and the zettas, into the yotta-good numbers.

I fear that my musings have caused me to become peta-
ntic. I dont want to have to zetta precendent here
by hogging the fun, nor do I wish to overstate or exa-
gerate the importance of such near perfect odd numbers.
But if you wish to kilo nour or two, you might mega
new record, and tera way the veil of mystery surrounding
these numbers. Guys, yotta get on this.

spike, fearlessly tickling the tail of the infamous
extropian pundragon
