Where is all this groupism coming from? Nobody's ethically responsible
for the deeds and misdeeds of people with vaguely similar skin color.
In terms of predictive power, skin color stinks - the Germans, who were
one of the worst but 60 years ago, are now paragons of good behavior.
What's relevant for determining whether the members a society are likely
to perform various heinous acts is apparently close to the question of
how close they are to Extropian principles. Open, growth-oriented,
pluralistic societies are well-behaved; closed, regressive, and monolithic
societies are frequently repressive and genocidal. Extropy saves lives!
