That's what digital signatures are there for. ExI needs, in this sequence:
1) public key (for any official email communication and document
and binaries signing, completely zero cost)
2) a Verisign cert (see above, and for the website -- a couple $100/year,
or so)
3) the power to issue enforcible cease and desists to renegade groups
(could be expensive, but there are legalpersons about, and I'm just
an egg)
