You don't seem to understand that some people are trying to drop it!

Many of us are arguing that threads discussing how to decide which
infants don't deserve to live, how to judge people by their race, and
which opponents we should blow away first, are all off-topic and should
be dropped.

Surprisingly, we are getting a lot of rebellion from people who insist
that such topics are "Extropian" and "need" to be discussed on this
list. The meta-discussions about "censorship" and "how to choose" and
"do we believe in the principles" and the like are all because people
are demanding that these topics continue.

Despite the pre-emptive charges of "censorship" where there seemed to be
none, I am seriously considering calling for a ban on topics proposing
violence as the "extropian" way.

How do you propose that we get people to take this elsewhere? I have
been trying to get these threads killed for weeks now.
