Or to phrase it another way, Green technology, however you visualize it, must
work, must be affordable, must be implemented. Right now solar is almost as
big a pipe-dream as nuclear fusion is. Why? because its not being used,
anywhere in the world, in any SIGNIFICANT amount. Wind Farms are nice, now
supply power to the national electric grid, above 10%.
