Robert Bradbury noted:
<<If Todd Rider's PhD thesis is correct, we will never get significant
amounts of extra energy out using *any* fusion reaction in a tokamak
configuration>>

Yes, getting Fusion to work has been a total disappointment. Not because its
impossible, but because its massively, difficult to work pratically, and then
commercially-even with D-T reactions (the most radioactive) Plasma
physicists have lied to the public and lied to themselves (perhaps) on
fusions attainability, at least that is what it sure seems.

Now as to secure the moon for industrial use or energy production of any
kind, I would urge readers to note the difficulty of moving the world, where
it is economically possible, to wind and solar. The inertia is appalling and
demonstrates a venal cowardice in most people. Yes, most people are wrong and
lazy, and most people who crave a better civilization are in the right...in
this case.

So Nuke Fusion from non-terrestrial sources are centuries away, or so it
appears.
