I don't plonk people. I plonk threads. Usually, on this list, the most
interesting content is at the beginning of a thread if a thread has any
interesting content at all. Any interesting threads are followed until
they become uninteresting for whatever reason (often because I think the
discussion has moved into areas where there is no useful basis for
speculation, and has thus effectively become void of meaningful
content...for instance - just for sake of an example - predicting what
life will be like post-singularity). I think I read less than 10% of
this list's posts because of that factor alone.
