Not quite. It follows that no one baby can manage a crocodile. However, it
is not necessarily true that "babies cannot manage crocodiles" because no
restriction was placed on the abilities of despised persons acting as a group
(although, in the case of babies, it might take a very high pile if it is a
full grown croc). It is also possible that there exist individual babies who
have the ability to manage multiple crocodiles, but for some reason cannot
manage a single crocodile (perhaps these babies know how to use one against
the other). In this case the babies would still be despised, but no one being
able to manage a crocodile, all conditions would be met while there would be
babies who could manage crocodiles.
