Note, Dossy, that Harvey was comparing a pound of rice with only a
quarter pound of beef. Now, that is cooked rice, so a good chunk of that
is water, but then so is the beef. In fact, a "quarter pounder" isn't
really one, since it loses water and fat, among other things, in the
cooking process, so that its usually about 1/8 lb in the cooked state
(since that is the state we are comparing).
