Most vitamins are not fat soluble. Only vitamins A, E and K are fat
soluble, plus the essential fatty acids. Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B12,
folacin, inositol, choline, carnitine, biotin, PABA, and vitamin C are
all water-soluble, as are the various minerals and and amino acids.
