True, however if you're not rich you can't get a degree, unless you want to
hold down a job at the same time which is almost impossible if you're not
exceptionally bright in which case you'll have a scholorship hiding
somewhere anyway. On the whole it means that foriegners are filling the
proffesional jobs in Britain which is leading to apathy and the promotion of
fringe right wing political groups. The entire education system for pupils
between 15 and 18 is crumbling as the government tries to improve college
level schooling to make up for the lacking higher educated workforce and
fails causing chaos; with most foreigners that attend are universities
leaving the country afterward.
