No offence. But I do not think that this is a FTL communications
device. There is much noise. And there is no way, in Andomeda, to know
that the entangled photons they receive *are* entangled. If they receive
a beam of photons - a very spread beam of very spread photons - and they
build a very large screen, and a detector, perhaps - who knows - they
could realize that something strange is happening. But even entangled
photons travel with velocity = c (in the empty space).
